The project of a multimillion-dollar solar power plant in the Republic of Armenia, the largest yet to be built, is funded by the EBRD and the IFS.
China Machinery Engineering Corporation is the developer and operator of the power plant as the main contractor of the SPV Project. Legelata assisted on the transaction documents related to the Project, according to which the client could work with minimal risks and an optimal structure to fulfill his obligations under the Project. The program is known as the largest project financing transaction in the solar energy industry, which Armenia seeks to develop.
