Legelata advises Bank of Georgia, a Georgian based dominant bank part of Bank of Georgia Group PLC, a UK headquartered financial services holding company, on the taxation aspects of the acquisition of Ameribank cjsc, the biggest bank of Armenia by size of its loan portfolio.
