Legelata acts as advisor for Incofin Investment Management, an impact investment company with 3 billion USD under management headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium for exit from its multimillion dollar equity investment in Inecobank cjsc – an Armenian bank making the top 5 Armenian banks by size of its assets. Legelata’s role included the negotiations of the agreement, transactional work and assistance in execution.
